This quieter, more introspective project from Taking Meds and Who Decides frontman Skylar Sarkis will appeal to fans of other slow, melancholy singer-songwriters, but that's not to suggest it packs any less emotional intensity than his other bands. The combination of beautiful, brilliant songwriting and excessive honesty and passion makes this an absolutely essential release.
