Godstopper is a Toronto four-piece formed by Mike Simpson (Column Of Heaven) playing an amalgamation of sludge and noise-rock bringing to mind acts like Today Is The Day, Khanate, and The Melvins without eschewing notions of melody or pop song structure. This album is heavy, creepy, and unlike just about anything else going on in DIY music today.
